In this position, you will play a key role in enhancing the global talent management strategy while collaborating with international HR teams and leaders. You will actively shape and continuously develop talent management standards and strategies, support talent conferences, and lead international projects.
You will also be responsible for selecting and developing key talent management tools, providing training and support, and advising HR colleagues and leaders on talent management issues. Monitoring the effectiveness of existing processes and managing external service providers will also be part of your responsibilities.
