About this role

In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, delivering, and evaluating nursing care on a busy diabetes ward. You will work closely with a multi-disciplinary team and take on delegated tasks from the ward manager or deputy ward manager. Training will be provided to help you develop your skills and knowledge in this area.

As you gain experience, you will have the opportunity to take charge of the ward during your shifts. Your work will always adhere to the NMC's Code of Professional Conduct, ensuring high standards of care for patients.
