In this role, you will define and validate multiple Space Safety missions from Phase A to Phase E1, ensuring efficient transitions between implementation phases. You will work closely with project managers and technical leads, supporting studies and overseeing spacecraft assembly and integration activities.
You will also manage technical execution, including procurement of space equipment and monitoring production processes. Your responsibilities will involve risk identification, schedule control, and participating in launch campaign activities, while sharing your expertise with industry partners to enhance mission outcomes.

Eligibility for Space Safety Functional and Validation Architect at ESA - European

Requirements
- More than 10 years of hands-on experience in spacecraft development
- Significant involvement in verification and validation processes
- Experience with GNC, AOCS, and robotics systems
- Strong project management skills and ability to work collaboratively
Responsibilities
- Support Phase A/B1 studies and interface with mission study leads
- Define, maintain and coordinate the end-to-end AIT/AIV approach
- Oversee spacecraft assembly and integration activities
- Ensure proper spacecraft verification/validation campaigns
- Support Project Managers in risk identification and mitigation
- Participate actively in reviews and share lessons-learned
