Eligibility for Site Management Assistant (Part-Time at DRC - Danish Refugee Council
- Place of posting: Gaza
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in humanitarian or community-based work.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, social sciences, or related field is desirable.
- Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
- Experience in data collection, mapping, or reporting tools is desirable.
- Basic working proficiency in English and professional fluency in Arabic.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine site visits to monitor conditions and report findings.
- Collect and update approved site data on population and services.
- Support community meetings and awareness sessions.
- Monitor assigned maintenance and improvement works.
- Facilitate two-way communication with community committees.
- Mobilize community groups for Group Cash Transfer (GCT).
- Collect household and site-level data for monitoring.
