Service Manager - Outreach Support Services, Cork / Kerry

Extern is seeking a Service Manager for Outreach Support Services in the Cork/Kerry area, with applications open until the advertisement gives a closing date. This permanent position involves 37.5 hours of work per week, requiring flexibility. About this role

The Service Manager oversees the project, ensuring effective service delivery in line with best practices and organizational policies. You will lead a team and collaborate with various agencies to provide responsive support for individuals with disabilities or autism, promoting community inclusion and active citizenship.

Your responsibilities include operational oversight, resource management, and ensuring timely interventions for service users. The role requires a flexible approach to adapt to the evolving needs of those you support, ensuring a safe and effective service is maintained across a wide geographical area.

• Salary: Grade 6 - €62,919 per annum pro rata
