Requirements

Minimum Level 8 degree in Social Care or a relevant field, or Level 7 degree with a relevant management qualification
At least 3 years’ experience managing a relevant residential centre
Proven leadership and management experience in residential care or disability services
Strong knowledge of child protection, adult safeguarding, and relevant legislation
Fluency in written and spoken English
Full, clean manual driving licence
Flexibility to travel between residential centres
