About this role

As a Service Manager, you will oversee all aspects of service operations, ensuring quality and compliance while putting service users at the forefront. This role requires balancing leadership responsibilities with direct involvement in delivering a helpful curriculum tailored to individual needs.

You will act as the Designated Person in Charge, manage HR matters, and collaborate with external agencies. Your leadership will help drive service development and maintain high standards in safety, hygiene, and care across the center.

• Minimum QQI Level 5 in Early Childhood Care and Education or Level 7 QQI qualification.
• 6 years post-qualification experience in an early years setting or 3 years’ experience with Level 7 qualification.
• Hands-on leadership and supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of inclusive early childhood education.
• In-depth knowledge of current childcare legislation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• IT proficiency in Microsoft Office and administration skills.
• Experience in HR and employment law.
