Eligibility for Senior/Principal Operational Assistant at EIF - European Investment

Place of posting: Luxembourg

Requirements

Secondary level diploma with a 2-year certification in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in an administrative or operational support role.
Excellent knowledge of standard computer tools and MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and spoken English; knowledge of other EU languages is a plus.
Good understanding of EIF's organizational structure, processes, and procedures is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Act as a primary operational point of contact for the Unit.
Provide end-to-end support and administrative assistance for daily activities.
Prepare, quality-check, and finalize documentation for the Governing Bodies.
Manage incoming correspondence and Unit's shared mailboxes.
Process expenses and support practical arrangements for Board members.
Contribute to the administration and enhancement of digital tools.
Support process optimization and digitalization within the Unit.
Provide backup support across the Governance Division assistant network.
