Eligibility for Senior Project Controls Manager (m/w/d) Capex Projekte at Roche

Requirements
- Completed engineering degree (University or equivalent)
- 8+ years of experience in project management of CAPEX projects, preferably in Pharma or Health Care
- Knowledge of execution strategies for complex investment projects
- Expertise in contract and claim management

- Fluent in English and German with excellent communication skills
- Willingness to travel up to 30% for projects at other Roche locations

- Control CAPEX projects, focusing on cost and schedule management

- Implement risk management processes and ensure compliance with Roche standards
- Coordinate with local stakeholders and technical planners
- Lead external project management teams and take on project leadership as needed
- Select and manage external service providers for project controlling
- Provide mentoring and training to colleagues
