Eligibility for Senior Integrity Specialist at AIIB - Asian Infrastructure
- Place of posting: Beijing
Requirements
- Master’s degree or equivalent in law or related fields.
- 8-10 years of experience in investigations related to fraud and corruption.
- Familiarity with MDB investigation frameworks and international standards.
- Experience across all phases of investigative work.
- Proven ability to conduct interviews and draft investigation reports.
- Experience in anti-corruption prevention advisory is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
- High standards of integrity and professionalism.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical advice and prepare integrity-related advisory reports.
- Extract and share lessons from investigations to inform preventive measures.
- Support the development and implementation of systems and policies.
- Conduct training and awareness-raising activities related to anti-corruption.
- Lead and conduct investigations into suspected prohibited practices.
- Utilize digital forensics and due diligence tools to support case work.
- Draft clear and objective investigation reports.
- Perform legal reviews of cases for compliance with applicable standards.
- Engage and manage consultants or service providers for investigative activities.
- Coordinate with peer institutions on co-financed project cases.
- Support AIIB’s sanctions process and maintain the Debarment List.
