Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Energy, Infrastructure, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in infrastructure finance or project finance.
- Experience working with commercial banks, investors, or sponsors on infrastructure transactions.
- Strong familiarity with blended finance and development finance approaches.
- Written and verbal proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of the Regional Connectivity Fund for Energy in Southeast Asia.
- Manage APG-related technical assistance facilities.
- Coordinate ADB inputs to APGF strategies and operational frameworks.
- Contribute to APG-related knowledge products and market analyses.
- Manage and mentor junior staff and consultants.
