About this role

In this position, you will support around 30 managers and 150-200 employees, primarily focusing on Product, Engineering, and the Nordic organization. You will build trusting relationships with leaders, act as a qualified sounding board, and drive HR matters forward independently.

Your work will include advising on employee relations, organizational changes, and performance management. You will also implement HR processes, conduct training for managers, and lead internal HR projects as the organization expands internationally.
