Requirements
- Secondary level education with a 2-year certification in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in administrative assistance.
- Experience in handling confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Good understanding of administrative procedures in an international environment.

- Prepare and finalise correspondence, briefings, and documents.
- Facilitate effective information flow within the organisational unit.
- Support management and team meetings with documentation and follow-up.
- Maintain electronic filing and document management systems.
- Provide guidance on administrative procedures and improve service quality.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
