PhD in Rural Sociology, Gender Studies, or related fields.
2-3 years experience at Post-doctoral Fellow level in IRRI.
2-5 years post-PhD experience.

Design and evaluate research on gender-responsive AI advisory systems.
Conduct evidence synthesis on gender and digital transformation.
Contribute to proposal development and resource mobilization.
Build partnerships with CGIAR Centers and other organizations.
Organize stakeholder consultations and capacity-strengthening events.
Monitor research progress and ensure adherence to standards.
Author publications and represent IRRI at conferences.
