The University of Liverpool is seeking a Science Innovation Manager - Grade 8 in Liverpool. This is a full-time, fixed-term position for 2 years, with applications closing on 24 November 2026. The role focuses on leading innovation projects within the NBIC-LIVE programme.
As the Science Innovation Manager, you will manage and coordinate innovation projects, skills training, and outreach functions. Your responsibilities include translating industry needs into commercially viable projects and developing collaborations with various organizations, from multinational companies to SMEs.
You will engage with regional companies to identify technical needs and convert insights into collaborative R&D projects. This position requires strong leadership and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both industrial customers and academics effectively.
