Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Psychology, Social Work, Development Studies or a related field.
At least two years of relevant experience in safeguarding or community development.

Promote accessible reporting channels for stakeholders.
Receive and refer concerns through approved procedures.
Coordinate support and referrals under the Safeguarding Lead's guidance.
Maintain confidential case records and track response timelines.
Conduct field visits and coordinate with safeguarding focal persons.
Prepare progress reports and recommend improvements.
