Eligibility for Resettlement Coordinator at Tosú
- A relevant third-level qualification is desirable but not essential.

Requirements

Responsibilities
- Work with prisoners prior to release to facilitate their resettlement.
- Provide support to access social welfare, housing, and medical services.
- Develop individualised resettlement plans for successful community reintegration.
- Liaise with Housing, Social Welfare, and Medical Card agencies.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports.
- Provide post-release support and maintain partnerships with service providers.
