In this position, you will develop and manage a research programme aimed at enhancing biodiversity and ecosystem protection. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, build partnerships, and contribute to Kew's Science Strategy for 2026. 2030.
The role requires a strong background in biodiversity conservation, data science, and leadership. You will engage with various stakeholders to translate scientific knowledge into effective conservation practices and policies, while also inspiring and mentoring researchers and students.
