The successful candidate will work with Professor Christos Lynteris, focusing on the historical scientific and governmental approaches to anthrax as a zoonotic disease from 1770 to 1870, particularly in Europe and the French Empire. This position is ideal for those with a background in medical history, anthropology, or related fields, especially those with research experience in medical epistemologies or infectious diseases.
