Eligibility for Research Assistant in Molecular and Cellular Biology at University

Hold a degree in biological sciences, biomedical sciences, biochemistry or related discipline
Have hands-on experience of mammalian cell culture and aseptic technique
Understand cell-culture quality control
Possess experience in molecular and cell biology techniques such as PCR, immunoblotting, or flow cytometry
Knowledge of CRISPR-Cas genome engineering principles

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain mammalian cell systems
Support experimental workflows including protein tagging and CRISPR-based perturbation
Generate engineered cell models and undertake molecular and cell biology techniques
Analyze research data and contribute to experimental troubleshooting
