Relevant degree in biomedical sciences, cell biology, pharmacology, or physiology
Laboratory research experience
Experience in handling biological samples or tissues
Understanding of sample traceability and laboratory safety procedures
Experience in primary endothelial cell culture is an advantage

Responsibilities

Support research on nitric oxide-releasing nanomedicines
Conduct cell culture and functional assays
Perform qPCR, ELISA, Western blotting, and RNA extraction
Measure nitric oxide-dependent signalling using cGMP assays
