- Completed training as a Pharmakant, Chemikant, or Pharmaceutical-Technical Assistant, or relevant experience in pharmaceuticals or food/cosmetics production

- Independent working style, manual skills, willingness to work in 3 shifts, and enjoyment of teamwork
- Very good German language skills

- Setting up, equipping, and operating pharmaceutical production systems
- Cleaning equipment and production areas according to SOP
- Documenting production data and parameters in compliance with GMP
- Actively participating in projects and performing special tasks
- Ensuring complete and knowledgeable information transfer during shift changes
