Eligibility for Prüfstandsfahrer (m/w/d) Motoren / Aggregate at Rolls-Royce

Requirements
- Completed training in a metal trade and several years of experience in engine construction.
- Very good knowledge of MTU engine series.
- Willingness to undergo safety checks and knowledge of QS DIN/ISO 9000.
- High commitment, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Strong self-motivation, good organizational and coordination skills, and teamwork ability.
- Willingness to work shifts (2 and 3 shifts) and flexibility between works.
- Very good German and good English skills.
- IT skills (SAP, Office).
Responsibilities
- Assemble engines and aggregates in test stands.
- Commission the assembled products.
- Diagnose and resolve issues during commissioning.
- Conduct tests according to instructions and customer requirements, including documentation.
- Perform customer acceptance and quality checks.
- Execute modifications and reassemblies on products.
- Ensure compliance with MTU safety and quality standards.
- Carry out maintenance and cleaning tasks.
