Eligibility for Projects Officer (Projects & Disaster Management)

Requirements
- Minimum 16 years of education in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Economics, Disaster Management or a related discipline.
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in development sector, project management or disaster management.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, including donor reporting.
- Excellent proposal writing and documentation skills.
- Proven experience in donor engagement and partnership development.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Willingness to travel frequently to project locations across Pakistan.

Responsibilities
- Conduct desk appraisal, technical review and financial analysis of project proposals.
- Prepare and refine project documents for internal scrutiny.
- Conduct project appraisal and provide evidence-based recommendations.
- Prepare periodic progress reports and documentation for management.
- Maintain proper project records and databases.
- Provide technical guidance and capacity-building support to partner organizations.
- Identify and pursue funding opportunities from various donors.
- Develop and maintain strong linkages with donors and stakeholders.
- Lead the preparation of concept notes and project proposals.
- Engage with donors to explore collaboration opportunities.
- Represent the organization in workshops and networking events.
- Track donor trends and sector priorities.
- Liaise with government departments and NGOs for program implementation.
- Support senior management in policy analysis and strategic planning.
