About this role

In this role, you will be a key member of the International Programmes Team, managing a portfolio of projects and partners across Sub-Saharan Africa. You will oversee the full project cycle, from identification and appraisal to monitoring and reporting, ensuring alignment with Barnabas Aid's mission.

You will work closely with the Quality Team to maintain high standards and compliance. This position is ideal for someone with experience in sensitive contexts and a commitment to supporting vulnerable communities, as you will be responsible for coaching Project Officers and building partner capacity.
