About this role

The Program Officer will support the implementation of Catalyst within the Resettlement, Asylum, and Integration (RAI) department. This position will manage various projects, ensuring effective collaboration among teams and adherence to project timelines and standards.

You will lead state-specific training initiatives, develop training materials, and manage relationships with internal teams and external partners. The role also involves contributing to outreach efforts and collaborating with the Monitoring & Evaluation team to document project outcomes and lessons learned.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in related field.
3+ years of experience in program or project management.
Experience in assessing organizational capacity and managing complex projects.
Proven ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
Strong familiarity with Office of Refugee Resettlement programs.
Familiarity with grant-funded programming and federal funding requirements.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Manage projects across multiple teams, tracking progress and ensuring deliverables meet standards.
Identify risks and adapt plans to meet project goals.
Develop and deliver trainings aligned with state-identified needs.

Support outreach and partnership development for new initiatives.
Collaborate with the Monitoring & Evaluation team for accurate data collection.
