- Good knowledge of service and maintenance of automatic PCBA equipment
- Experience in production preparation within electronics and SMT line programming
- Familiarity with IPC-A-610 / IPC J-STD-001 Class 3 and ECSS standards
- Proficient in LEAN methodology (5S, VFA, root cause analysis)
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

- Prepare programs for stencil printers, pick-and-place machines, and AOI
- Ensure accuracy of component libraries and item data
- Optimize machine sequences and cycle times
