Eligibility for Product Owner Agentic Development Platform at HDI AG

Requirements

- Several years of experience as a Product Owner, Lead Developer, or Software Architect
- Knowledge of Agentic Software Engineering and Spec Driven Development

- Stakeholder management and communication with relevant teams
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap for Agentic Software Engineering
- Ensure governance and compliance through standards and quality assurance
- Take on a technical lead role within the team
- Define and track success metrics for platform development
