Requirements
- Several years of experience in a leading financial role, preferably as CFO, Auditor, Accounting Manager, or Business Controller
- Experience in manufacturing companies
- Strong competence in external accounting, business controlling, costing, and business analysis
- Experience with financing and working with external financial partners is advantageous
- Knowledge in project accounting and gradual profit recognition is valuable
- Experience with the Monitor business system and handling export-import is a plus
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities
- Oversee and further develop the company's accounting and financial management
- Drive and develop business controlling, costing, and profitability analyses
- Manage financing, liquidity planning, and financial follow-up
- Support project follow-up, including project accounting and gradual profit recognition
- Ensure a solid structure for budgeting, forecasting, and follow-up
- Act as a business-oriented support to the CEO and other managers in strategic and operational decisions
- Lead and develop the finance team
- Manage external contacts with auditors, banks, and financing partners
