Eligibility for Pre-Hospital Emergency Care (PHEC) Delegate Ethiopia (m/f/d) at DRK

Requirements

University degree in Paramedicine, Public/Global Health, Health Management, Disaster Management, or a related field.
At least five years of professional experience in Prehospital Emergency Care or related fields.
Strong technical knowledge and practical experience in PHEC.
Demonstrated project management experience with donor-funded projects.
Experience in capacity strengthening and adult learning.
Previous experience with the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement is an asset.
Strong communication, coordination, and representation skills.

Responsibilities

Advise the Ethiopian Red Cross Society on prehospital emergency care and related health matters.
Oversee the implementation of a BMZ-funded EMS project in cooperation with ERCS.
Ensure coordination with national and international stakeholders in health.
Support project monitoring, learning, and quality assurance.
Identify opportunities for additional funding for PHEC activities.
Provide support in emergencies related to PHEC as requested.
