Eligibility for People, Compliance & Facilities Coordinator at MyMind
Requirements
- Highly organised, reliable and detail oriented
- Experience in operations, administration, facilities, compliance or a similar role
- Confident communicator with internal and external stakeholders
- Proactive, practical and solutions focused
- Experience in a charity, healthcare, social enterprise or regulated environment is advantageous
- Knowledge of GDPR, health and safety or governance processes is a plus
Responsibilities
- Support compliance, governance and policy implementation
- Coordinate GDPR and data protection processes
- Manage facilities across multiple locations
- Support health and safety activities and risk management
- Coordinate supplier contracts and procurement
- Maintain organisational records and documentation
- Support operational improvement projects
- Prepare reports and ensure effective project delivery
