About this role
As an Onsite IT Technician, you will be part of the local IT support team, working closely with users and operations. Your tasks will include traditional IT support and handling equipment critical to the logistics chain.
You will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computers and peripherals, troubleshooting hardware, network, and software issues, and providing user support both in the office and on the logistics floor. Travel to other locations may be required as needed.
