Eligibility for National Consultant: Support the Country Office to Package Key
- Place of posting: Kigali
Requirements
- Advanced university degree (Master’s or higher) in Demography, Public Health, Statistics, Development Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of professional experience in economic evaluation, policy synthesis, demographic research, or health policy development.
- Proven experience in writing policy briefs and advocacy materials on Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR), adolescent health, or gender issues.
- Deep familiarity with Rwanda's national development frameworks and health sector strategic plans.
- Excellent analytical, data visualization, editorial, and public presentation skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English; strong knowledge of Kinyarwanda is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Assess the economic cost of adolescent pregnancy at household and national levels.
- Create policy briefs, advocacy papers, and infographic snapshots.
- Document and disseminate best practices and lessons learned from selected programs.
