Eligibility for Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at CESVI
- Male candidates only.
- Preference for candidates who can join immediately.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Development Studies, Social Sciences, Statistics, or relevant field.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience in NGOs/INGOs.
- Field monitoring experience in disaster preparedness preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office and fluent in Sindhi and English.
Responsibilities
- Ensure project Monitoring Plan is in place and updated.
- Conduct regular field visits for service delivery assessment.
- Report monitoring findings and recommendations to Senior Management.
- Provide updates to the Project Coordinator and MEAL Coordinator.
- Design and implement surveys including data collection and analysis.
- Document case studies and success stories.
- Oversee monthly reporting actions and produce summary reports.
- Conduct beneficiary verification and report non-compliance.
- Manage Complaints and Feedback Mechanism in the field.
- Maintain community feedback log sheets and Performance Monitoring Framework.
