Requirements
- Completed degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Natural Sciences, or a related field.
- Several years of professional experience in MLOps, DevOps, or Software Engineering focused on Machine Learning.
- Strong knowledge in automating ML workflows, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), cloud technologies, and automatic data annotation.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools for evaluating ML models in production.
- Experience in applying machine learning in computer vision.
- Proficient in Linux, Python, and common ML libraries (e.g., TensorRT, Torch).
- Independent, entrepreneurial thinking with a quality and solution-oriented work approach.
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to undergo a Ü2 security clearance.
- Fluent in German and English.
Responsibilities
- Develop and operate automated pipelines for training, validation, and deployment of machine/deep learning models in image analysis.
- Implement and optimize CI/CD processes for ML models to ensure rapid and reliable deployment in production environments.
- Monitor performance and stability of deep learning models in operation, and conduct model updates and retraining as needed.
- Support the establishment, scaling, and maintenance of deep learning infrastructure, including server and embedded device environments.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists and software developers to integrate ML models into existing systems and workflows.
- Ensure compliance with security and operational requirements in ML operations.
