- Knowledge of Siemens 840D ShopTurn

Responsibilities
- Operate CNC lathes in series production
- Work with Siemens 840D ShopTurn
- Process a specific metal workpiece weighing approximately 120 kg
- Load the machine using a swivel crane
- Clamp, align, and process large components
- Produce series of workpieces according to technical drawings
- Use calipers and measuring gauges to ensure precision
- Monitor the ongoing processing and identify deviations
- Maintain cleanliness and order at the workplace
