Guide QA analysts in performing control tests and documentation.
Assess QA exceptions, control gaps, and escalate significant concerns.
Perform quality checks on RCSA, KRI, and operational loss data.
Maintain QA documentation and records.
Coordinate with business units on QA reviews and follow-ups.
Prepare QA observations, dashboards, and management reports.
Support the development of the QA team through coaching and guidance.
