Eligibility for Manager MIS (AVP) at National Bank of Pakistan

Requirements

Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a recognized institution.
Preference for candidates with a Master's degree or relevant certifications.
At least 6 years of banking experience, with 3 years in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Project Management.
Strong data interpretation, problem-solving, and statistical analysis skills.
Proficiency in maintaining database reports at MS Access and Power BI.
Good verbal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Assist Unit Head MIS in developing, automating, and managing MIS dashboards.
Generate accurate management reports, scorecards, and performance dashboards.
Perform portfolio analytics to support proactive risk management.
Lead automation and enhancement of MIS reporting using business intelligence tools.
Coordinate regulatory, audit, and management reporting requirements.
Ensure data integrity through reconciliation and validation of MIS data.
Perform other assignments as assigned by supervisors.
