About this role

In this position, you will conduct Lung Health Check risk assessments, both virtually and in collaboration with a team of specialist nurses. Your work will focus on identifying high-risk patients who may require further investigation through low-dose CT scans, ensuring early diagnosis of lung cancer and other lung diseases.

You will also provide specialist nursing advice, support patients through the screening process, and participate in audits and data collection to maintain the quality of the program. Engaging with patients and educating them about health promotion will be key aspects of your role, along with collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth patient care.

Registered Nurse with relevant qualifications
