About this role
In the adult habilitation unit, you will work with individuals over 18 years old who have congenital or early-acquired disabilities, including mobility impairments, intellectual disabilities, multiple disabilities, and autism. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing interventions for patients, focusing on both direct support and assistance to their environment.
Your typical tasks will include working on oral motor skills and dysphagia, assessing and treating speech, language, and communication difficulties, and collaborating with networks, relatives, municipalities, and other stakeholders. Regular meetings with fellow speech therapists will be part of your professional development.
