Eligibility for Learning and Development Officer at ECDC - European Centre for Disease

Nationality of an EU Member State or Norway, Iceland, or Liechtenstein.
Must have fulfilled military service obligations.
Must meet character requirements and be physically fit for the duties.

Requirements

Post-secondary education of at least 3 years with 6 years of professional experience, or secondary education with 9 years of experience.
Thorough knowledge of one EU language and satisfactory knowledge of another.
Relevant post-secondary education in Human Resources Management or related fields.
At least 4 years of recent professional experience in relevant positions.
Very good experience in managing performance management processes and organizing learning events.
Proven experience of working with budgets.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Coordinate processes in performance management, providing support to colleagues and managers.
Manage activities related to learning and development, including needs analysis and training evaluation.
Contribute to the development of policies and guidelines in performance management and learning.
Interpret and implement staff regulations related to performance management and learning.
Manage contracts, budgets, and expenditure related to HR activities.
