Eligibility for Kundenberater im Kundencenter und Zug (m/w/d) at Transdev

Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training, preferably in traffic service or travel sales
- Friendly, service-oriented, and goal-directed communication skills
- Enjoyment in dealing with customers and strong understanding of customer service
- Structured, independent, and reliable work style
- Good knowledge of common IT applications, especially MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel
- Experience in handling conflict and complaint situations
- Basic knowledge of English in speaking and writing is desirable
- Valid driver's license and ideally own car
- Willingness to work in shift patterns, including weekends
Responsibilities
- 50% travel consulting in the customer center
- Advising customers on fare, schedule, and service inquiries
- Selling tickets for local, long-distance, and integrated transport
- Handling customer concerns and professional complaint management
- Managing lost property including receipt, registration, and inquiries
- 50% customer support on the train
- Being a friendly contact for passengers on and around the train
- Advising on fares, schedules, connections, and regional tourist destinations
- Selling and checking tickets to ensure fare revenue
- Supporting customers on the platform and during the journey
- Ensuring and continuously improving service quality
