Eligibility for IT User Support Assistant at COE - Council of Europe
- Must be a citizen of a Council of Europe member state.
- Must have discharged any national service obligations.
- Must not be a relative of a serving staff member of the Council of Europe.
- Must be under 65 years of age.
Requirements
- Hold a higher education qualification in information technology or a related field.
- Have at least one year of experience with Liferay DXP or equivalent.
- Possess at least one year of experience in User Experience (UX) design.
- Demonstrate very good knowledge of English or French, and good knowledge of the other.
Responsibilities
- Produce support and training materials in multimedia formats.
- Provide technical assistance for IT Department communications.
- Conduct training and workshops for Registry members and Judges.
- Assist with deployment, UX testing, and quality assurance of IT applications.
- Support the maintenance of the Court's content management systems.
- Implement changes to structure and content in collaboration with other teams.
- Ensure content compliance with branding and accessibility standards.
- Stay updated on technological developments and propose their use.
