Requirements

Master’s degree in Climate Change, Disaster Risk Reduction, Social Science, Policy and Migration Studies, Migration Law, Development Studies, African Studies, International Relations, Political Science, Philosophy, Literature, or related field.
Experience in Climate Change, Disaster Risk Reduction, Migration Policy.

Responsibilities

Develop an inception report including methodology, workplan, stakeholders, and engagement approach.
Conduct a gender-sensitive needs assessment of AGN climate negotiators to identify capacity gaps.
Support the development of learning modules on the effective use of AI.
Organize a three-day continental training workshop for AGN, RECs, and AUC.
Develop a sample group to test the AI-enabled capacity building App and provide feedback.
Prepare gender-sensitive technical briefs and policy notes on human mobility.
Submit a report outlining benefits, challenges, and recommendations for the AI App.
