Eligibility for International Consultant - Health Financing Data, National Health
- Place of posting: Remote | Phnom Penh
Requirements
- Advanced degree in health economics, public health, or related field.
- Experience in health financing data analysis and NHA production.
- Familiarity with the Cambodia Socio-Economic Survey.
- Proficiency in statistical software, particularly Stata.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Review CSES questionnaires and data for OOP health expenditure mapping.
- Prepare technical review notes on CSES and OOP measurement.
- Produce SDG 3.8.2 estimates based on the 2025 CSES data.
- Facilitate consultations with government counterparts on financial protection estimation.
- Review and update NHA OOP methodology and historical data series.
