Eligibility for International Consultancy: Development of Costed Implementation

Requirements
- Master’s degree in public health, health economics, social/behavioral sciences, or related field.
- At least 7 years of relevant professional experience in programme costing and health programming.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze the SRHR BCC and Advocacy Strategy 2026–2030 and relevant resources.
- Develop a comprehensive costing methodology for strategic interventions.
- Conduct activity-based costing and develop a five-year costed implementation plan.
- Perform resource-gap and investment analysis.
- Validate costing through consultations with stakeholders.
- Produce a final costed implementation and resource mobilization framework.
