Eligibility for International Business Development & Commercial Operations Manager

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or related field; MBA is a plus
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or related fields
Excellent English communication skills
Strong analytical and research abilities
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools
Familiar with LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and cold outreach
Highly organized, persistent, and proactive
Ability to work independently and take initiative
International business experience is advantageous
Combination of engineering and commercial/sales experience is preferred

Responsibilities

Develop B2B and fleet sales opportunities internationally
Identify and contact potential clients in delivery and logistics sectors
Generate leads and manage follow-ups
Research new markets, customers, and competitors
Support teams in UAE and Nigeria
Build and manage CRM and sales pipeline
Research pricing and customer requirements
Support product development and supplier research
Coordinate with the marketing team
Prepare weekly sales and market reports
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
