Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Naval Architecture, Shipbuilding, Marine, or Mechanical Engineering from HEC recognized institute
- Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ship design, newbuilding, shipyard supervision, technical consultancy, or construction
- Experience in FATs, HATs, inclining experiments, and sea trials
- Ability to prepare technical reports, deviation reports, risk assessments, and milestone recommendations
- Strong experience in hull structure, block fabrication, erection, dimensional control, welding/NDT, and coatings
- Proven experience in review of GA, structural, stability, cargo securing, and production drawings
- Working knowledge of class rules, IMO/SOLAS/MARPOL, flag requirements, and shipbuilding standards
- Good command of written and spoken English
