Eligibility for Health and Wellbeing Coach - Notts at Vita Health Group

Must be legally entitled to work in the UK.
Willingness to work Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday evenings.
Willingness to travel, including possible overnight stays.

Requirements

Minimum level 3 accredited qualification in personal training or exercise instruction.
Experience delivering face-to-face or virtual exercise classes.
Ability to encourage behavioural changes and design individualised health & wellbeing plans.
Sound knowledge of health and wellbeing, including exercise and nutrition.
Experience working with individuals facing mental wellbeing difficulties.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Run health & wellbeing workshops/exercise classes for NHS service users.
Conduct health & lifestyle initial appointments and 1-1 sessions via telephone or video call.
Contribute to the development of the Healthy Living Healthy Minds programme and assist in producing resources.
