Requirements

Master's degree in Disaster Management, Climate Change, or related field.
8–10 years of professional experience in disaster risk reduction or climate resilience.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Promote integrated approaches to disaster risk reduction and climate adaptation.
Identify emerging disaster and climate risks and opportunities for programme expansion.
Collaborate with the Program Development Unit in developing proposals and strategies.
Provide technical oversight and guidance to Project and Provincial Managers.
Build strategic partnerships with government institutions and relevant stakeholders.
Represent ACT in relevant disaster risk reduction and humanitarian coordination groups.
